Lansoprazole / Zoton / Prevacid

The names Zoton and Prevacid are not used in Spain; lansoprazole is sold there as generic Lansoprazol and under brands like Opiren, in 15 mg and 30 mg gastro-resistant capsules and as orodispersible tablets with Flas in the name (such as Opiren Flas), the form of Zoton FasTab and Prevacid SoluTab. Every lansoprazole product sold in Spain needs a prescription, as in the UK, whereas in the US Prevacid 24HR 15 mg is sold over the counter.
