How it works
From application to your first consultation, usually within a few days.
Create your account
Sign up on the provider portal with your name, phone, specialties and the languages you speak. It takes about two minutes.
Upload your documents
Add your ID, medical licence, degree certificate and malpractice insurance, then sign the collaboration agreement and DPA we generate for you.
Get verified
Our medical team reviews your file. Once approved, your dashboard unlocks and you can switch yourself to available.
Take requests and get paid
Requests matching your specialty appear in your dashboard. Accept the ones you want, consult, issue the report or prescription, and we pay out to your IBAN.

What you need to join
Everything is uploaded and signed digitally in the provider portal.
- A valid medical licence in an EU country (colegiado number and medical college)
- Government-issued ID (NIF, NIE or passport)
- Degree certificate
- Current malpractice insurance
- Bank details for payouts (IBAN and billing address)
- Signed collaboration agreement and data processing agreement — we generate both for you
Frequently asked questions
Is this employment or freelance work?
It is a freelance collaboration. You invoice us for the consultations you complete, and you decide how much or how little you take on.
How long does approval take?
Once your documents and billing details are submitted, our team usually reviews the file within a few working days. You are notified by email as soon as your account is approved.
Do I need to be in Spain?
For online consultations and certificates you can work from anywhere, as long as you hold a valid EU medical licence. Home visits require you to be in a city we cover.
What kind of requests will I see?
Video and chat consultations, medical certificates, prescriptions and home visits — filtered to the specialties and languages you listed on your profile.
