Lenzetto estradiol spray (1.53 mg per spray) is sold in Spain under the same name. It is prescription-only in Spain. The Spanish medicines agency (AEMPS) lists a supply problem for Lenzetto that began in March 2026; supply is expected to resume in November 2026 and return to normal in 2027, and the prescribing doctor decides whether another marketed treatment should be used in the meantime.
