Mounjaro / Zepbound

Mounjaro is sold in Spain under the same name, but only as the Mounjaro KwikPen, a multi-dose pen delivering 4 doses in strengths from 2.5 mg to 15 mg per dose, matching the UK pen; single-dose pens and vials sold in the US are not sold in Spain. Zepbound is not sold in Spain, where the licence for Mounjaro covers both type 2 diabetes and weight management. Mounjaro needs a prescription in Spain and is not funded by the Spanish public health system.
