Propranolol / Inderal

Inderal is not sold in Spain under that name; Sumial 10 mg and 40 mg tablets, and generic propranolol 10 mg and 40 mg tablets, have the same active substance and strengths as UK Inderal 10 mg and 40 mg. Spain has no 80 mg or 160 mg tablets and no slow-release capsules (such as UK SR capsules or US Inderal LA and Inderal XL), so a doctor decides any change of product. Propranolol needs a prescription in Spain, as it does in the UK, Ireland and the US.
